Anthony J. Grimaldi

President & CEO

Since the founding of AJG Packaging in 2011, Anthony has been key in orchestrating the organization, design, and implementation of our contract manufacturing facility located in Flemington, NJ.

Over the years he has formed a highly skilled team to support the execution of the entire manufacturing process. With Quality Assurance always being first priority, he has also identified and set up standards to ensure that our facility is in full cGMP and FDA compliance. Having previous experience in the restaurant and food production business, Anthony stresses the importance of efficiency, attention to detail and care in all products handled by our team.

Anthony graduated with honors from the Culinary Institute of America earning a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree.
